My name is Kristin, and I’m glad you’re here— welcome! I’m a life-coach who specializes in helping people move through the cycle of order, disorder and reorder. It’s often the transitions and tragedies of our lives that invite us to something new, but, when we’re in the middle of the chaos, it can be hard to imagine what ‘order’ could possibly come.
In a thousand ways, the curriculum of my life has been teaching me to discover love in unexpected people, life in unexpected places, and fulfilled dreams in would-be nightmares. My life is a tapestry of found treads, woven together. My desire is to help you weave the strands of your joys, triumphs, heartaches and tragedies into a fabric that can clothe you for the next leg of your journey.
Through my own story of infertility, adoption, parenting a special-needs child, family estrangement, religious deconstruction, and healing from childhood trauma, I’ve learned so much and have been helped by so many people. Perhaps I can pay this forward and be of help to you.
I don’t have all (or maybe any?) of The Answers, but that’s not the point anyway. After all, life isn’t math, it’s music. And you are a dancer. I’m here to be a mirror, so you can see yourself and your circumstances more clearly, and, like any coach, I’m here to offer encouragement and insight.
